The pedagogical path of the Honored Teacher of the BSSR Nikolai Alexandrovich Manis began in 1927, when he entered the Polotsk Pedagogical School. After completing a three-year course of study, the young teacher soon became a student of the Belarusian State University. After his graduation, Nikolai Alexandrovich studied at the military school of pilots. Prior to the Great Patriotic War, he had time to work as a teacher of the Belarusian language and literature at the school of peasant youth and my native pedagogical school. After the war, N.A. Manis worked as a director of Polotsk secondary school No. 13.
The exposition presents the diploma on the completion of the Physics and Mathematics Faculty of the Belarusian State University, issued to N. Manis on July 3, 1936. On the first page of the document one can see a photo of the graduate. In the spread there is a list of items in Russian and Belarusian. The grades received for each course are indicated only in words.
After defending the diploma on the theme "Set of sets for Jordan - Riemann and Lebesgue", with an "Excellent" rating, Nikolai Manis was given "the right of a teacher of a secondary school and an assistant to a university".
