Boris Anatolievich Borawski (physician-therapist)

He was born in 1891 in the Moscow region. He graduated from the Medical Faculty of Moscow University. Participated in the First World War. In 1922, together with the military unit he arrived in Polotsk, where he stayed to work. From that year he headed the therapeutic department of the Polotsk City Hospital. After the Great Patriotic War, he returned to his former place of work. His articles, including the history of medicine, were published in journals.
Among the first four doctors in 1941, B. Boravsky was awarded the title of "Honored Doctor of the BSSR." He was awarded two Orders of Lenin, the Order of the Red Star, diplomas of honor and gratitude. He died in 1952. He was buried in Polotsk
